Issues such as harness angle, seat travel, and engine compartment access have all been carefully evaluated and addressed. With our sensible design approach, the bar mounts to the frame structure in the cabin and rear strut towers to provide the strongest mounting points and maximum protection.
For superior strength and rigidity, high-strength 4130 chrome moly steel tubing is used throughout and all joints are meticulously TIG welded by hand. Bolt-in installation is accomplished by using Inner Diameter Tube Clamps that are CNC turned and milled for a precise fit. These unique joints allow us to eliminate the more traditional slip fit tubes with an unsightly through-bolt and nut.
The final result is a bar that is clean & functional.
Please note that roll bars have a turnaround time of approx 2 - 3 weeks.

BBi Harness Install Kit included extended bolts to properly accommodate both the OEM seat belts and racing harnesses at the factory mounting locations on the 991 GT3 / 981 GT4 Sport Bucket Seats.
This kit features metal sleeves fitted around the bolts so that the belt brackets can pivot freely on the bolt. Sold as a kit per seat.

The BBi Autosport Porsche 997 Turbo Clutch Slave Cylinder Conversion Kit is a direct replacement part that eliminates the problematic factory power-assist system for improved reliability and pedal feedback.
The factory power-assisted clutch system has always been the Achilles heel for the Porsche 997 Turbo. Utilizing the power steering system to help reduce the force needed to depress the clutch pedal, it is a flawed design that delivers a mushy pedal feel with poor feedback, and is highly prone to failure.
Unlike other kits, the BBi Autosport kit is designed be used with OEM clutch master cylinder, hose, and spring pack. This eliminates the need for additional parts, making our kit a complete plug and play solution.
The other kits on the market simply adapts factory 996 GT2 parts with aftermarket brackets and caps off the power steering pump with plugs. The BBi Autosport kit's proprietary design does not plug the power steering pump because the plugs can fail. Instead, the power steering fluid is routed through the unit to simulate the factory system.
With the failure of the factory system inevitable, this is a must upgrade for the 996 and 997 Turbo to achieve the excellent pedal feedback and reliability like that of the Porsche 997 GT2 and GT3 without compromising drivability.

Designed to slow down the power steering pump to prevent it from overheating in racing conditions, this pulley will quickly pay for itself by not just saving your pump, but also your weekend at the track.
The pulley is fully balanced and is a 16% reduction. Its weight has been optimized to be 1/2 that of any other under-drive pulley on the market today.
An additional benefit is increased power and torque across the entire RPM range.
A boss on the front of engine case will need to be cut down slightly to clear the smaller pulley size. Comes complete with the crank pulley and a new smaller belt

Bonded together by adhesives, the factory pipes will eventually leak or abruptly fail. As the best preventative fix and solution for this problem, BBi Autosport offers replacement billet aluminum coolant pipes to be permanently welded in place.
Compared to the factory fittings, these replacement billet fittings offers superior metallurgy to allow stronger, higher quality welds.
Extensive surface preparation and welding skills are required to properly weld the fittings.
The engine requires removing and the necessary components disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, ideally in a ultrasonic cleaner.
Afterwards, the pipes need to be meticulously welded into place and pressure tested for leaks prior to reinstalling the engine.

The BBi Barcode Exhaust for the 992 Carrera carries the same high flow crossover design that have been fine tuned on previous generation Porsche turbo vehicles. The 76mm tubing opens up the flow and enhances the exhaust note. The system is equipped with valves and use the OEM actuators retaining the PSE exhaust function. When activated, exhaust flows through smaller tubing for a quieter operation. This is a bolt-on, direct replacement to the OE muffler for 992 Carrera vehicles and is fully reversible.

BBi StreetCup Harness bar for the 992 Carrera is designed to fit perfectly within the vehicle. Unique to BBi Harness bars, the main hoop is contoured to the headliner and runs close to B pillars. This improves rear view visibility and matches the interior geometry. All the X sections are symmetrical for visual balance. The forward harness bar mounts attach to the chassis and the rear points bolt to the shock tower. The horizontal bars on the rear section are set a perfect height for race harnesses.
Utilizing 3D scanning, precision manufacturing and fixturing and stringent QC - this is a bolt-in product. The 4-piece design allows for easier installation with reduced interior disassembly.
As always, StreetCup harness bars are custom coated per order and we are able to match many OE colours. Please allow for turn-around time for bespoke powder coating. Usual turnaround is 1 week for common colours.

BBi worked with C&R racing to develop and validate intercoolers for the GT2 RS system. The new system is enhanced in every way to maximize cooling performance. This system went through extensive validation in 1/2 mile and road course enviroments as well as hot weather condition testing. This is the same intercooler system as installed on the BBi VMax GT2 RS that went 226.95mph, becoming the fastest GT2 RS 991 in the world.

The BBi Autosport race spec seat mounts are a direct bolt into the factory mount location for a hassle free, easy installation for your competition race seat. The BBi Autosport Seat mounts have a large range of adjustment options allowing fitment for all major FIA and SFI approved seat brands and offers an integrated 5 and 6-point sub belt mounting location. The wide range of adjustment covers almost all possible seating preferences to properly seat drivers of all sizes. CAD designed, CNC laser cut and formed from one piece of .125" (1/8") carbon steel with no welds to maximize strength and stiffness. All mounts are powder coated with a wrinkle black base and satin black sides.

The BBi Autosport Porsche 996 Turbo Clutch Slave Cylinder Conversion Kit is a direct replacement part that eliminates the problematic factory power-assist system for improved reliability and pedal feedback.
The factory power-assisted clutch system has always been the Achilles heel for the Porsche 997 Turbo. Utilizing the power steering system to help reduce the force needed to depress the clutch pedal, it is a flawed design that delivers a mushy pedal feel with poor feedback, and is highly prone to failure.
Unlike other kits, the BBi Autosport kit is designed be used with OEM clutch master cylinder, hose, and spring pack. This eliminates the need for additional parts, making our kit a complete plug and play solution.
The other kits on the market simply adapts factory 996 GT2 parts with aftermarket brackets and caps off the power steering pump with plugs. The BBi Autosport kit's proprietary design does not plug the power steering pump because the plugs can fail. Instead, the power steering fluid is routed through the unit to simulate the factory system.
With the failure of the factory system inevitable, this is a must upgrade for the 996 and 997 Turbo to achieve the excellent pedal feedback and reliability like that of the Porsche 997 GT2 and GT3 without compromising drivability.
